Our team has years of experience and hundreds of hours of carrying out roof inspections, making us the leading aerial roof inspection service provider in the region. We understand the importance of safety and efficiency in our work, and strive to provide our clients with the highest level of professionalism and quality service.

At MSPhotographic, we understand that traditional methods of inspecting roofs, chimneys, and gutters can be expensive and time-consuming. That's why we offer an affordable and efficient alternative using our state-of-the-art drones. Our experienced pilots can safely and legally fly our drones to inspect hard-to-reach places, providing you with full HD video and high-resolution photos of your building within hours. This not only saves you the cost of scaffolding or a cherry picker, but also provides a quicker and more detailed view of the state of your property. Whether you're a roofing company, chimney repair company, builder, or private individual, our drone inspections can provide a cost-effective solution to your needs.

Drone Roof Inspections In Brief

At MSPhotographic, we are committed to delivering high-quality drone roof inspections with quick turnaround times. Our drones are equipped with 20MP Hasselblad sensors, ensuring that we capture high-resolution images that can be digitally enhanced for accuracy.

To ensure minimal disruption to your business, we carry spare pre-charged batteries on each survey and can fly all day if necessary. Additionally, we can provide you with a second monitor to watch the survey in real-time, giving you the information you need as we capture it.

Our drone roof inspection services include, but are not limited to:

  • Roof condition assessments

  • Gutter inspections

  • Chimney inspections

  • Solar panel inspections

• Roof Inspections

• Gutter Conditions

• External Structural Inspections

• Defect Diagnosis

• Measured surveys

• Progress monitoring

We aim to provide all collected footage to our clients on the same working day to ensure that you have access to up-to-date and accurate information.

Noise

At MSPhotographic, we understand that some roof inspections require a quieter drone to ensure minimal disruption to surrounding areas. That's why we use the DJI Mini 3 Pro, a sub-250-gram drone that is incredibly quiet and compact while still producing high-quality 4k footage and high-resolution photos. Its small size and low noise props allow us to capture amazing results without being intrusive to the surrounding environment. Rest assured, we always prioritize safety and minimal disruption when conducting roof inspections.

The use of drones in roof inspections has significantly reduced the safety risks associated with traditional inspection methods. With a drone, there's no need for a person to climb up the roof or use scaffolding or cherry pickers, which eliminates the risk of falls and other accidents. The UAV aerial photography allows us to capture high-resolution images from multiple angles, giving a detailed view of the roof's condition without the need for physical contact. This not only increases safety but also saves time and reduces costs associated with traditional inspection methods.

Time

Utilizing drone technology for roof inspections allows for increased efficiency and reduced time on site. In contrast to traditional methods, which require inspectors to take measurements from the ground and climb onto the roof, drones enable inspectors to remain in one place while capturing high-resolution imagery from multiple angles. As a result, our drone inspections can be completed in record time, providing our clients with fast, accurate and comprehensive data about the state of their property.

Letting Agents

Providing roof surveys for Letting or Estate Agents has huge benefits such as

  • to provide a date stamped visual record of the condition of the client's roof

  • This information is particularly useful for both Landlords and Tenants with a full repairing lease agreement or for comparing to the condition of the roof coverings at the end of the lease term.

  • reassurance for buyers or tenants of a safe and secure property

Solicitors

We can supply high-quality visual evidence during a legal dispute. The inspections will provide unbiased and impartial observations of the requested area to aid in your dispute case. MSPhotographic Professional Drone Aerial Filming & Photography are covered by 5 million pounds public liability insurance but we are able to have this increased to meet your requirements at an additional cost .
